Having a list of guests who've registered for bookable sessions can be useful if you don't have session check-in implemented. Such a list can help to determine attendance at the start of the session, as well as to facilitate communication with participants of the session if you are not using our Communication Channel.
To find out who are the attendees for specific sessions, first make sure that you are in the correct Event Workspace. In the Event Menu, click 'Reports' > 'Registration'. Once you are in the Registration Reports page, you will see 4 tabs. Click on the tab labelled 'Session Performance'.
Here, your sessions will be ranked from top to bottom according to their popularity. On the right of each session lies an 'Export' button. Simply click on it to download an excel list of all the attendees registered to the respective session and their standard information!
