There are a number of engagements which you can set up in your virtual event platform and here we will talk through how you can set them up.

All of the following engagements are linked to a room so firstly you must navigate to your Streaming Studio and either select or create your room.

If you are creating a new room (here's how!), once this is done you will see it appears in your room list and you simply need to click on the room (as circled below)

When you select your room you will enter the engagement page where you will see four options under the Broadcast Studio, here we will talk through each option and how you can set them up:

1. Q&A

To enable Q&A you simply need to toggle the "Enable Q&A in the room" button, once this has been done you can decide if you want moderation on the questions and if this is required, toggle the "Enable Moderation in this room" button too.

If you are enabling moderation you will see a box appear for "Pending/Rejected" questions. As the admin (or moderator) you can then approve these questions as they come in from your delegates.

2. Poll

Firstly you need to select the type of poll you would like to add to your room; Radio, Text or Word Cloud

Radio poll - this poll shows radio buttons, users can select 1 answer only

If you select a Radio Poll you will see a pop up which asks you to complete the following information:

* Poll title - the title that will be shown in app (when there is multiple polls, this will show up in the selection)

* Poll Question - The question set in the app

* +New Option - this will add the answers the users can select

* Show result as - this allows you to select on how you would like the answers to be reported once the poll is complete

Text Poll - this poll can be answered with a text field e.g. users can type in any text answers

Text Poll

If you select a Text Poll you will see a pop up which asks you to complete the following information:

* Poll title - the title that will be shown in app (when there is multiple polls, this will show up in the selection)

* Poll Question - The question set in the app

Word Cloud - this poll will have a list of text (predefined words) that users can select from

If you select a Word Cloud Poll you will see a pop up which asks you to complete the following information:

* Poll title - the title that will be shown in app (when there is multiple polls, this will show up in the selection)

* Poll Question - The question set in the app

* + Predefined Word: click on this to add your word cloud words - you can add multiple!

Don't forget to save your polls by clicking on the Blue "Save" button in the top right hand corner once created!

When you start presenting - it will set the first poll as the "presenting poll", NB: only one poll can be presented at a time

Hover your cursor over the poll to get poll options:

Click the speech bubble icon to Open/Close Voting - this will turn your poll voting on/off

Selecting the 3 dots will drop down another menu of Poll options:

* Edit - lets you edit the poll

* Export - exports the results into an excel file

* Clear results - this will remove all entries for the poll

* Delete - this will delete the poll and its records

You can add new polls in this view by simply clicking on "+New Poll"

3. Survey

Your next engagement option is "Survey"

To add new survey click on +New Survey (which you will see on the right hand side). Clicking here opens up a Survey pop up box where you can complete the survey particulars:

* Survey Title - add the name of the survey

* Accepting Responses - toggle to turn on "accepting responses" or prevent users to respond to the survey by keeping this switched off

* Survey Closes on expiry date - allows you to set expiry date and time for the survey

* Survey opens on a specified date - allows you to set open time for the survey

* Fields - Click "+ new field" to add field (question) to your survey

- Click on the edit (pencil icon) to edit the survey field

- Field label - name of the survey (or survey question)

- Field type - here you can select the survey response field type which can be; radio, slider, checkbox or free text

Last but not least, you have the quiz...

4. Quiz

When you select to '+ New Quiz' you will get a pop up box to input the quiz information:

* Quiz title - here you add the name of your quiz

* Timer - This is the timer per question and you can pre-select the time allocated for this

* Quiz expiry - Quiz closes on specified date

* Quiz open - Quiz opens on specified date

* Question - Click '+ New question' to add a question (NB - All questions will be in radio button format)

* Select '+ new option' to add your answer options

Click the star icon linked to the correct answer!!!

To see the results, can click on the Live Results button at the upper right portion on the page.
