Adding secondary streams to your event live stream (or simulcasting) is the broadcasting of your events across more than one medium, or more than one service on the same medium, at exactly the same time.
You may want to simulcast from the Onlive.io virtual event app and also allow attendees to join via Facebook or YouTube (for example)! And that's no problem, follow the steps below to set up secondary streams linked to your Onlive.io studio:
1. Ensure you have navigated to your event page
2. Down the menu on the left hand side, select SOLUTIONS followed by STREAMING STUDIO (the third option in the list)
3. Select the room you want to set up a secondary stream from from the drop down (or create a new one if you want!)
Next, enter the studio and from the top menu bar, click on "Stream Settings":
4. The stream settings menu will open up and you should see SECONDARY DESTINATIONS where you can add the information for your secondary destination as required (see: "Retrieve RTMP key" article here for details on how to link your secondary platform to Onlive)
Note: For each secondary stream you add there will be a charge of US $50 per hour, per secondary stream.
